Check in is from 14.00. Check out is at midday.On arrival at the Crowne Plaza, park in the hotel car park. On the day of your flight, drive to Airparks Gatwick. We recommend you leave the hotel 45 minutes before your check in time.  Follow these directions:Turn right out of the hotel. At the first roundabout take the first exit. At the next roundabout, go straight over. At the third roundabout, take the first exit. At the fourth roundabout, take the first exit onto Charlwood Road which becomes Lowfield Heath Road. Airparks is on the right.
On arrival at Gatwick Airparks stay in the left hand lane and drive through the automatic barrier. Park your vehicle in one of the arrivals bays, remembering your lane number. Then go to reception and present your voucher, car and flight details. Then put your car keys in the red key box with the same number as the lane that you've parked in.  Then take the bus to your terminal which departs from the reception area. The bus goes to both terminals.  Transfers are available 24/7, the journey time is 15 minutes to both terminals. Your car will be parked in a secure compound.On your return, take the transfer bus from the airport to the car park. Transfers are available 24/7 and leave from outside the terminal building ? in the same location as where you were dropped off.
